Jen Underwood is a Senior Director at DataRobot and founder of Impact Analytix, LLC. She has a unique blend of product management and “hands-on” experience in data warehousing, reporting, visualization, and advanced analytics. In addition to keeping a constant pulse on industry trends, she enjoys digging into oceans of data to solve complex problems with machine learning. Over the past 20 years, Jen has held worldwide product management roles at Microsoft and served as a technical lead for system implementation firms. She has experience launching new products and turning around failed projects. Most recently she provided advisory, strategy, educational content development, and marketing services to 100+ technology vendors through her own firm.
Chris Adamson (CBIP) is a BI and analytics consultant, educator, and author who is passionate about using information to improve business performance. Chris works with clients worldwide to establish BI programs, identify and prioritize projects, design architectures, and develop solutions. Chris is pragmatic, not dogmatic. He does not recommend sweeping changes based on philosophical ideals. His role is to deliver business value, moving you from where you are to where you want to be in the most efficient manner possible.As a TDWI faculty member, he shares over 25 years of experience with students at conferences, seminars, and onsite. A recognized expert in the field of BI, his publications include the books Star Schema: The Complete Reference and Data Warehouse Design Solutions.

Bill Inmon, best known as the “Father of Data Warehousing”, has become the most prolific and well-known author worldwide in the big data analysis, data warehousing and business intelligence arena. In addition to authoring more than 50 books and 650 articles, Bill has been a monthly columnist with the Business Intelligence Network, EIM Institute and Data Management Review. In 2007, Bill was named by Computerworld as one of the “Ten IT People Who Mattered in the Last 40 Years” of the computer profession. Having 35 years of experience in database technology and data warehouse design, he is known globally for his seminars on developing data warehouses and information architectures.
David Plotkin is the Director of Metadata Services at MUFG, directing metadata activity in support of data management, including implementing data governance and data stewardship in applications such as Collibra Data Governance Center. He is also responsible for creation of metadata quality standards, enforcement of business rules through the use of workflows and coordination of personnel across the enterprise, and communication of metadata protocols.David is a Data Governance and Data Quality manager with expertise in data architecture, data marts, logical and physical data modeling, database design, business requirements and business rules, metadata management, data quality, profiling, data integrity, and data stewardship. His experience includes the fields of Financial Services (both large banks and wealth management), Healthcare, Energy/Engineering, Human Resources, Insurance, Education (K-12) and Retail.
